Whether you are looking for an indoor or outdoor venue for your wedding, corporate retreat, prom, graduation, or family and class reunions, The Oaks at Williams Creeks offers all of the charm of country life conveniently just outside the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Accommodating up to 300 guests, our 3,500-square-foot rustic-modern barn features chandeliers hanging from the dramatic cathedral ceilings, whitewashed shiplap and a grand, metal and wood staircase that adds an understated elegance to any event.
With privacy and nature in mind, the venue is situated on the property so that you cannot see a road, house or any of the other reminders of day-to-day life. If you choose to take your venue outdoors, a grand wood and metal pergola frames our peaceful, picturesque pond, serving as the perfect backdrop for your event or photos.
Our stunning and large bridal suite features a walk-in shower and vintage clawfoot tub to soak in before your big day. Along with two salon-style chairs, quartz countertops, natural lighting, plenty of mirror space and private balcony, our bridal suite serves as the perfect headquarters for all of your Big Day needs. Our cozy groom’s suite also features its own private bathroom, large leather couch and arm chairs, a flat-screen television, and locker-style storage to help the guys kick back in style.
Whether you’re sipping a libation from our relaxing Adirondack chairs, playing a fun game of cornhole or gathering around the silo bar, our outdoor social spaces serve as the perfect reception or cocktail space for any event.

When planning any event, it’s natural to have questions. Although we’ve tried to think of the most frequently asked questions we get, if you don’t see an answer to a question you have, please feel free to reach out to us and we will get an answer back to you promptly!
The Oaks can comfortably accommodate 300 guests.
Monday – Thursday: $3,500. Friday or Sunday: $5,400. Saturday: $5,900.
2021 pricing:
Monday-Thursday: $4000. Friday or Sunday: $5,900. Saturday: $6,400
with the exception of October Saturdays which are $6,900.
March through November.
Monday – Thursday: $3,000. Friday or Sunday: $3,900. Saturday: $4,900.

We have an open vendors policy to allow our clients more flexibility. The exception is Caterer, Bar service, and DJ. If they are available, we prefer you use the vendors listed on our preferred list for those 3 services. For all other services, while we do have a list of “preferred” vendors, there is not a fee for using your own vendor.
Clients are free to bring any baker they prefer and we do not charge a cake cutting fee. In fact, we will take care of the cake cutting for you.
We provide a clean state-of-the-art prep kitchen.
All alcohol (beer, wine, or liquor) should be served through a TABC certified bartender hired by the client.
We have a beautiful covered patio appointed with cocktail tables and an easily accessible outdoor bar. It’s a perfect spot for your cocktail hour.
Tables, chairs and tablecloths are included in all of our packages.
We provide Wi-Fi for you and your guests.
Outdoor spaces are equipped with heaters and fans.
We are Google maps and Apple maps friendly and we have easy-to-read signage at our front gate.
We have a large main parking lot with ADA parking available and a secondary parking lot for overflow.
We offer a “Day-Of” coordinator who will work with you and/or your planner to help manage your special day so you can relax and enjoy it.
We have a beautiful pergola for outdoor weddings or ceremonies plus a spacious venue for the reception. The reception hall is large enough for an indoor wedding if need arises, easily flipped to reception while the bride and groom take photos.
We have plenty of room for a DJ or live band.
We provide security for your event and there is no fee unless your crowd exceeds 250.
Yes, we can cover all public address needs.
We do not have any noise restrictions indoors, but dance music is not allowed outdoors. However, soft, orchestral or ambient music is allowed outdoors.
Our rental hours are from 9 a.m. to midnight. Vendors can come anytime during these hours. Additional hours can be negotiated.
There are three restrooms available for female guests and three restrooms for male guests. All public restrooms are ADA compliant.
Both the venue and the grounds are ADA compliant.
There are various hotels within a 20-mile radius of The Oaks. We do have an agreement with the Marriot Fairfield in Terrell offering a discount to guests of our clients.
We rent our venue exclusively to each client, meaning your event will be the only event we host that day.
We ask for 1/4th of your rental at contract signing and a $500 security retainer that is refundable after post-event evaluation.
At 6 months prior, we ask for 1/4th of your rental contract and again at 3 months prior.
At one month prior, we ask for the last fourth. There is no tax or service charge and all paid monies are non-refundable.

We accept cash, checks, credit or debit cards.
We can easily transition your wedding or event indoors if the weather turns for the worst. There is no fee charged for this.
